Fishback Pizza Time!

When I was a little girl, we had a family tradition of making homemade pizza...from the dough to the sauce. Mom would cook bacon or sausage, cut onions and peppers, while Dad was tossing the pizza dough trying not to hit the ceiling. And I would always sprinkle the cheese (and eat A LOT while doing so). I always said I needed to test the cheese...ya know...to make sure it was okay.




Since then, Tim has made what we call "Fishback Pizza" and even made other versions of it. Mike and I started making it when we were first married and have had several occasions with friends and family where we've made it. Now, we are making it with Colin and Aidan. They really enjoyed "decorating the pizza" as they call it. And they definitely enjoyed eating it too!
