When we started booking our trip to the South of France, we knew we wanted to spend a week in Collioure. We decided that since it was a 12 hour drive (not including stops) to get there, that we would stop after about 9 hours. We settled on a place in small village called Caveirac, about 10 minutes to Nimes. We booked a B&B with a pool for 2 nights and didn't think much about it until we arrived. Wow....our jaws dropped when the proprietor, named Patrice, opened the blue gate to his courtyard of paradise. We had two little fish with new snorkels who never wanted to leave the pool.
