After a long winter (like most of the world), spring has arrived in Belgium. Here are some highlights of what we have been up to:

Check out my new flower pot....oh wait, this is really a dessert! My friend, Sarah, brought this over for a BBQ this weekend. Dirt Cake (oreo and vanilla pudding layered into a pot and complete with a shovel, fake flowers and even a butterfly.) It took us all by surprise. What a cute idea!
