Green Thumbs

These photos were taken in the last couple weeks of May.   We are hoping for a fruitful garden! 

 

 

 

 

The boys each have their own section along with one for Mike & I.  It's hard to tell here.  They helped pick their plants from the store and plant them.  They are good gardeners.  We even have to water from time to time.   We planted tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, lettuces, spinach,  celery.  We also had some pumpkins and zucchini growing by our compost, but the landlord might have taken those out when cutting the grass.  Ah well. 

 

 

 

In the pots, we have herbs (green onion, thyme, & basil) and we have 4 strawberry pots.

 

The garden seems to have done well over the last month.  There are green strawberries growing.  We look forward to seeing what we get.
