September: Honfleur, France

For the last weekend my parents were in town, we traveled to Honfleur, France.   Honfleur is a picturesque, charming port town.  Here is our lovely, French gîte:

What a beautiful place!

Le Grand Pressoir

This place just exuded charm...wood beams...stone walls, half-timber walls, tile floors, twirly (& STEEP) stairs.

Preparing to have our lunch of baguette, cheeses, sausage, wine, etc.

The owner's house on the left and another gîte on the right.

even the shed is pretty!

enjoying a walk in the country

Baaa!

Stunning sky

so peaceful

Like father, like son.

Our narrow road led to some gorgeous grounds with huge estates.
