January: Thanksgiving in the New Year

Mike's international colleagues had been requesting to taste a Thanksgiving dinner over the last few years.  So one of the other spouses, Kathy, and I gave them a Thanksgiving feast in January.   (Between the guys schedules and the Christmas holidays, they weren't able to find a common date until January. )   We decided to make it a Thanksgiving lunch and most of the group made it.

Festive for Thanksgiving (again!)

Turkey, Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean bundles, rolls, cranberry relish, and gravy

What a fun time celebrating with lots of nationalities:  Countries represented were UK, Italy, Czech Republic & USA.   (We were missing a Frenchman and a German.)

Chocolate pie or pumpkin pie?  How about both!

It was lovely to share our American heritage with Mike's colleagues.
