Mike has an Italian colleague who we have gotten to know, and he gave us a recipe for making homemade ravioli noodles. Perhaps this will become a new tradition!

We cooked some ground beef, garlic & onion and then added a dollop of ricotta cheese when we filled the ravioli.
Yum!
They turned out very tasty for our first try. It's hard to make the dough super thin, so they were a little thicker, but good nonetheless. We look forward to trying another type of filling.
