Here are some pictures of the garden this week. We've got the tomatoes and cucumber plants staked up (kind of our own make-shift staking, but it's working great). We've been eating romaine lettuce like crazy. And we're getting lots and lots of cucumbers! There's a couple tomatoes growing too, but they are still green. I know...we still have to find time buy & put down the cobblestone pavers. I can't wait to do that since it will really finish off the area. But finding the time lately has been our primary problem (and the heat).
Call me crazy...(I know I'm taking pictures of veggies), but we're so proud of our little garden and what we've produced. There's just something very rewarding about watching organic veggies grow & then, being able to walk out in the backyard while cooking to grab what I need. That's the best!
