"Accidents Happen, Mommy!"

Well, so you know how I posted the other day about the boys being potty-trained...well, I should have posted that we still expect accidents every now and then...OF COURSE! No sooner did I post that, I picked up the boys at school and Aidan was in a new change of clothes. He told his teacher he had to go and I don't know if they were outside and didn't get inside fast enough or what. But he told the teacher, "It's okay, accidents happen....It's okay!" She said she was just tickled by what he said.

He's also said this to Michael and I whenever something gets spilled or dropped or whatever...."It's okay, Mommy (Daddy), accidents happen...It's okay!" That little boy just cracks us up. He sounds like a little grown-up already.

Here's some more cute things the boys have said:

"He's giving the motorcycle a bath." -Aidan talking of a man in the neighborhood who was washing his motorcycle

"I go bye bye, Daddy. Don't worry. Don't Cry." - Aidan talking to Michael when he was getting ready to stay the night at Grandma & Papa's house a few weeks ago. He even put his hand on Mike's shoulder and looked him right in the eye when he said this. HA HA!!

Mommy says " I have a headache." Aidan says, " You have a HAIRache, Mommy?"

Colin says, "No trouble Mommy...I have a good day!" (This is just cute how he emphasizes and says "trouble")

Colin says, " I la lu " for "I love you."

Colin says, "Daddy work on the comPOOder" (computer)

Aidan says, "You come to my birthday party, _____________ " (fill in the blank of a name...sometimes, it's Mommy or Daddy or Colin or Grandma or even another mom from the boys school---he asked this one mom if she would come while we were on the school field trip.

And then sometimes when Aidan is mad he says, "You're NOT coming to my birthday party, Mommy! (Daddy)" Oh dear....what 3 year olds say!
