Well, the time has finally come. OH YES, it's officially here. The diaper pail can be thrown out. Halleluia!! The little potties can go into storage. Yipppeeeeeeeee!! Are you ready for the big news???
COLIN AND AIDAN ARE OFFICIALLY POTTY-TRAINED!!!!!
Oh my, I wondered when this day would come! It's probably been right at or a little under a month now that the boys have been doing soooo wonderful. We even took the boys to the store individually to celebrate their success with a new toy. I wonder how much we'll save now in not having to buy diapers or pull-ups anymore....well, sadly I probably won't even notice the savings since the money will be going towards ...er...GAS and FOOD. But even still, we are such PROUD PARENTS! And you should see the super excited faces of the boys when they tell you, "I WENT POTTY!!!" It's priceless.
(And to some of our single friends who are probably chuckling at this post....IT IS A BIG DEAL!!! One day, you will be there...and you will see...you just wait!!) I know my coworkers laugh when they hear me on the phone at work saying, "Great job going potty.".. etc. etc. :) I don't care though...not one bit!
